They run size 25-32 (00-12) I think the 32 may work if you are 12/14 as I THINK it runs like a large 12!

I would think that doing it 3x a week, and adding 40-60 minutes of cardio 2-3x a week on top of it, with a good nutritious diet, you would see results quickly. I have not seen the video, so I can't comment on that! -Liza

Papa- Thank you for the kind words. I have never had so much fun reading comments as the ones that keep coming in about your restaurant. We have to make the trip again this weekend as all these comments have left me very unsatisfied that I have only visited once!

I am going ot get those white long and leans as well as I need a pair of "flip flop" length white jeans. I agree on all counts and aren't the gap jeans so soft? I wish they were 100% cotton, but I do love them anyway!

Not at all! There are a couple of 20 somethings that workout with her! She just sticks to women in her boot camps. She is tough and I think you would like it. Plus, I'd get to see you! And you know you can't beat the price! Zumba at 6PM is really fun and will make you sweat - A lot! And they have just started incorporating weights into the routines so I think you would like that. Plus, if you have a big enough group (6 or so) she'll do a class just for you:-)

From reader Jennifer Hillen: You don't have to be a mom to attend Momshell, but I certainly hope to still be attending when I am a mom! I've been going to Beth's boot camps for about four months and now I can't live without them! I came to her with a goal in mind: my wedding on March 20. Beth cares so much about her clients' goals that she made every effort to make sure I was happy with the way I looked for the big day. Let me tell you: I was MORE than happy and received tons of compliments from family and friends! She also did a special surprise Bachelorette Boot Camp for me the week of the wedding, complete with champagne toast - see, she likes to have fun and indulge every once in a while, just like the rest of us. The workouts are hard but they are actually fun and I look forward to going. Beth and Momshell Fitness are amazing!!!

Raechel, Hurricane season "officially" is from June 1-Nov 30 in the Bahamas. As you know, it is a hit or miss situation. I traveled through the Abacos on a sailboat and loved it. Turks and Caicos offers tons to do, from deep sea diving to bone fishing. I loved Turks and Caicos because is is relaxing and really low key. Having been to Mexico several times and to the Bahamas many times, I found Turks a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of say Cancun or Negril. I definitely would go to the other Islands in Turks, some are remote. thanks for reading the blog! Elizabeth
