They are not being paid normal rates. Nearly all the coding jobs that were paying out 22-32k / year are now being paid to Indian workers for between 13-19k per year. They literally have destroyed the entire IT sector where pay is concerned and employment. There are hundreds and hundreds of IT grads where i live(Including myself), not to mention general IT work. I got myself into uni to dodge the recession and get into a more specialised sector because the competition is just far to high (we are talking 500+ apps for 1 job). My entire generation has been totally screwed over by this Intra company transfer scheme, and its been going on for a good few years now. I HATE labour.

The entire Public Sector body is getting a massive employment shakeup and they HAVE to create a "Diverse" workforce, which means less jobs for people who have been living here for the last 100+ years. Requiring transparency 4. We cannot tackle inequality if it is hidden. Transparency is essential to tackling discrimination. We want public bodies to comply with the Equality Duty in their role as employers by reporting on important inequalities: 4 The Equality Bill – Government Response To The Consultation - gender pay - ethnic minority employment; and - disability employment. They want to slowly infest this bill into the private sector as well. 8. We will work with business to improve transparency in the private sector, in particular through the introduction of a new “kitemark”, and gather and publish evidence on the effectiveness of equal pay audits in closing the gender pay gap. Yeh i can attest that this is pretty real. I am University Student in Portsmouth and this looks quite normal from a retarded point of view. There was 140k people from this country without university placements this year up and down the country because there was not enough places, i guess you can see where they are all going.... I am quite lucky.

The warming on this earth happens because of the 11 year cycle of the sun, we get a hot period then a colder/warmer period. Right now we are at the 11th year before it starts to heat up again(2012?lol) There has been no sunspot on the sun for the last 2 years(big ones at least) Now on the opposite side of the sun there is some kind of storm and flares are being ejected into space at least 1-2 per month. Now how can our CO2 levels be melting the ice caps on mars and doing things with northern/southern hemispheres ?? They just want to place a carbon tax and send money to developing countries from industrialized nations.

My family is family of 5. Me my 2 brothers my mother and father, our last winter gas bill was £700 give or take a tenner. The prices of today is an absolute joke, we having to cut down so much on heating and wrap up extra warm just because we will not be able to afford the price it will be, probably around £1200 just for this winter if we heated the same way we did last time. Burning the money will probably do a better job heating the home.
