All these reports on the Park Superintendent having no knowledge of the process in applying for a wedding permit in Discovery have left out an important piece.....his then fiance, now his wife, worked at Discovery Park. Wouldn't she know if a wedding permit was required? I'd also like to know if the Event Scheduling Office often write up "Park outdoor space permits" for other parks and make them only available to their staff?
