I am facing redundancy in a job I can't stand anymore. It takes me away from home often and I can see the very things above happening to me slowly. I suppose, therefore, that I should see the pay off as my ticket out. What I don't have however, is the confidence to see this as a positive thing. I am terrified of the paycheck cold turkey when I don't get that first months paycheck deposited after being finished. I therefore feel that I have been in the job for too long and it has already taken its toll.
