So if I ask very nicely for all your money, you would comply? There are a million other things you tolerate that the bible condemns. It would be more genuine to say 'I hate gay people and don't ever want their relationships to be legally or spiritually valid'. That would be honest, at least.

For what it's worth: there was an extensive study done by a clinical psychologist who concluded the rate is only slightly higher than the national average and is closing. (Maria Root: http://www.drmariaroot.com/publications.php) I think you don't see them b/c its still such a small percentage of overall relationships (In 2007, .4% of white people and 4.6% of black people were intermarried) and tend to be concentrated in big cities. So, statistically speaking, you're unlikely to see mixed couples in your average park...
