Okay - so which is it KOMO? First, you publish a story suggesting the boy may have been teased or bullied (but fail to show why those allegations had anything to do with his drowning). Now you are acting as a mouthpiece for the attorney who claims a specific teacher was negligent (with a neat tidbit of defective equipment thrown in as well).... The same attorney incidently, for whom you have provided front page coverage today regarding lawsuits at the Bellevue tramploline center. With thousands of personal injury cases out there, how is it the same attorney gets so much free publicity for their cases?

Agree with Safeway's actions here - guard failed to show any kind of discretion or common sense. But why did the reporter rely upon the quotes or statements from Ms. Jones and not Savannah Harp's father? Ms. Jones wasn't even at the store?
