No one has been vaccinated against smallpox in the US since 1967 except the military and that was stopped in 1990. They say closing the borders will not stop the spread of the disease but it certainly couldn't increase the spread. Why do they always error on the side of someone else? Just once, wouldn't you think, they would error on the side of the US without considering the effect on other countries.
