It'll continue as long as the company continues distributions without earnings to support them. Return of capital is a payment from a security to an investor representing the return of all or a portion of an original investment and thus decreasing the value of that investment. You won't be taxed on the return of capital until you sell your shares using the reduced basis (original basis - untaxed return of capital).

Arena (ARNA) is the weight management stock. Nanoviricides (NNVC) is the virus destroyer. International Stem Cell (ISCO) is the corneal tissue stock. MDRNA (MRNA) is probably the company developing product candidates for the treatment of cancer. I'm not as sure of MRNA as I am of the others. (Other RNA stocks don't fit the 8.41 cost mentioned in the tease.)
