The line was so bad when I reached the front side that I just went home. Also questionable was the fact that they didn't close the run up top when the problems started. I watched as the diesel engine belched smoke when the problems started. I made the mistake of going back down which lead to my hike out. That said, the hike wasn't that bad. Sounds like Eldora's response has been terrible though. If I was a day pass or 4 packer I would be irate. They worked to get the kids out with the sleds and the rest of us hiked less than 1/2 mile to Four O'Clock Trail and then rode out. However, the outage was WAY longer than 20 minutes, they let people keep going down Corona run after the problems started ( I was one), and when I got to the front side the lines were so absurd that I called it a day. I have a season pass but if I burned a four-pack ticket I would be raising hell with them.
