If you think you can do a better job than the contractors, why don't you bid to do WSDOT projects?

Pssst...Actually, the president's "Number One Job" is to (ding ding ding!) " protect and uphold the Constitution (per article 1, Section II of the U.S. Constitution). Period.

Pssst...Hey, cmiklich...Per Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, Congress controls the budget.

But we can't really expect busy conservatives to bother themselves by reading the document itself to understand how government is run. (Sarah Palin, I'm looking in your direction).

Interestingly, it the Millennium bomb plot was intercepted on Clinton's watch. Now (scratching my head), under whose administration did 9/11 occur?? Even after receiving a briefing on Aug. 6, 2001 entitled "Bin Laden Determined to Attack U.S"??
