What's to read? It's billionaires taking care of billionaires again. Hhmmm, where did that 1st 350 Billion go? No one seems to care or inquire about it. It went to line the pockets of CEO's and politicians. They have brought the country down and are filling their pockets before the total collapse. Why else would anyone in their right mind vote to give billions more to the thieves who took the 1st batch of money? They are either dimwits or thieves themselves. NOTHING positive can come from this situation, spending package or not!
