Why would I vote my own post up? i couldn't give a crap about the retarded rep system. As for the validity of points, well I'd imagine most of them are probably over your head anyway. Stick to lego.

Yay another dumbass poster thats all mouth. I'm amazed that so many people can fail at commenting, unless it's the same tard and they just cant remember the last nick they used. You should start a club for the hard of thinking, invite Roze while you're at it and the two of you can compete to see which of you is the most retarded.

Sux2bu eh? What are you 12 or something when the best you can do is attempt to insult someone with a poor attempt at a homophobic nickname? perhaps you may want to seek therapy and address your own sexuality rather than hiding behind such childish tactics.

Top post there numbnuts. If it isnt working, then you listen to something else huh? Oh wait, that requires a minimal ammount of thinking, something you obviously fail at. Its not meant to replace owning your own music, not like you actually know what owning your own music is becuse you probably let other people actually buy it and you get it from them for free.

It is not "compatible" because there is no way to "download" the actual music files to your pc or music device. However, that does not mean that you cannot capture the stream and export that as an mp3 which can be used on an mp3 player. There are any number of applications you can use to capture any audio as it is being played, in that case, whatever you can hear, can be recorded. The downside of this is that any recording must be done in real time as the track must be played in order to record it, and if you want to go down that road it would be advisable to turn of system sounds. Chances are this will be against the T&C, but well who's going to know?

No one forced those artists to sign with those lables, and I doubt that by doing so any of them are on the bread line. Whatever agreement those artists have with their lable has nothing to do with me so I dont particularly care if you or anyone else thinks those artists are getting ripped off. The lables make money, the artist makes money and i get to listen to music for free, and legaly. That is the whole point and your whining accounts for nothing.

We7 is really an ad supported download service, and all tracks have an ad placed before (or after) the actual track, on every track. Not so much of an issue really as they are drm free and there are no restrictions to removing the ads from the mp3. This is purely a streaming service, though where the ads are ive yet to see. I'm 6 tracks in to a Chemical Brothers album and aint heard one yet. Well I've been listening for a while off and on and so far i've yet to hear a single ad, so it seems to be miles better than any commercial radio service with the added bonus of being able to select your own playlist.

Of course you can put it on your mp3 player, if you have more than one brain cell and actually know how to use a damn computer the fact that its streamed makes absolutely no difference except that it may take some effort, a concept alien t the average freetard.

Once again Roze shows what a complete moron she/he/it is. This is an on-demand music STREAMING service, not a damn uploading service. If you feel the need to upload derivitive works there are plenty of alterative methods in which to do so. Again the freetards prove that they will never be happy.

TorrentFreak : Australian Web and BitTorrent Filtering Scheme Delayed

Like I give a crap if you think I'm a plant. I just sit here and lol because you're that stupid and paranoid that no one can have a different opinion than you without apparently being paid by the man. You're pathetic really and if the rest of the freetard brigade are as smart as you then the music and movie industry have little to worry about. Those of us with some intelligence and the ability to think critically will keep eating them alive while you bunch of whiners just carry on whining while achieving nothing except showing the rest of the world that p2p has its fair share of idiots. I doubt you even read my last post, becuase you are affraid of actually learning something about reasoned debate, and the difference between truth and fallacy. Carry on being a retard, makes no difference to me.

TorrentFreak : Australian Web and BitTorrent Filtering Scheme Delayed

This is Roze is a nutshell, The Straw Man fallacy, "The Straw Man fallacy is committed when a person simply ignores a person's actual position and substitutes a distorted, exaggerated or misrepresented version of that position" The Questionable Cause fallacy, "The Questionable Cause Fallacy is actually a general type of fallacy. Any causal fallacy that involves an error in a reasoning due to a failure to adequately investigate the suspected cause is a fallacy of this type" The Appeal to Popularity fallacy, "The basic idea is that a claim is accepted as being true simply because most people are favorably inclined towards the claim. More formally, the fact that most people have favorable emotions associated with the claim is substituted in place of actual evidence for the claim. A person falls prey to this fallacy if he accepts a claim as being true simply because most other people approve of the claim" Biased Sample fallacy, "This fallacy is committed when a person draws a conclusion about a population based on a sample that is biased or prejudiced in some manner" Appeal to Ridicule fallacy, "The Appeal to Ridicule is a fallacy in which ridicule or mockery is substituted for evidence in an "argument."" Appeal to Common Practice fallacy, "The basic idea behind the fallacy is that the fact that most people do X is used as "evidence" to support the action or practice. It is a fallacy because the mere fact that most people do something does not make it correct, moral, justified, or reasonable" Poisoning The Well, "This sort of "reasoning" involves trying to discredit what a person might later claim by presenting unfavorable information (be it true or false) about the person." <- "omg your a plant" ect. And finaly, the Two Wrongs Make a Right fallacy, " Two Wrongs Make a Right is a fallacy in which a person "justifies" an action against a person by asserting that the person would do the same thing to him/her, when the action is not necessary to prevent B from doing X to A." Far from speaking the truth, you speak nothng but crap, over and over and over and over.

As usual Roze goes and just makes shit up. Nothing i have said even remotely suggests support for totalitarianism, you're just an idiot who can't read. i dont care what people do in the privacy of their own home, I dont care if they download crap. Do you understand that? Probably not becuase your stupid. If anyone hear is candidate for being a plant its probably you, get em to reveal themselves so they can be rounded up and shot. You know Hitler had people just like you, who pretended to be on the side of "good". Your single minded views have gotten old, no one gives a crap about your opinions, you're just a boring little person with no clue about the real world, and yes if ever someone did fit that stereotypical view of a spotty 15 year old locked away in their parents basement downloading porn to fap too its Roze. Can I haz rightz? Kthxbai. Boo hoo, gestapo this mafiaa that you're a sum bag freetard who probably steals their neighbors internet, squats in someone elses house and steals food from the local supermarket, and all becuase you've got some self appointed right to take whatever you want.
Business is the law, unless you live in some 3rd world country or are completely oblivious to the real world. It matters not who you vote for, because those who have the real power are unelected. You can attempt to change the law till you are blue in the face, it will make no difference because business funds government and government supports business. You are just the cash cow wating to be milked. The entire system is one big back scratching excercise where you dont even get a look in. Government is only cares about your opinion if you are a contributing member of society, a tax payer, a consumer of one sort or another. You only have the illusion of choice, the end result of each is to consume and as long as you are consuming they own you, wether you like it or not, whether you believe it to be true or not, you are sheeple.

@ whoever "Nigga, please. Your whole message is that nobody should ever protest against the MAFIAA, and that everybody should stop downloading copyrighted music and movies. I'm forced to wonder, are you actually trying to make it more and more obvious that you're a hired MAFIAA plant with every single comment you make?" This plant crap is getting tedious. Let me put it to you this way i can pop over to a certain site, log in on my admin account and view the account details of hundreds of thousands of bittorrent users, so no, I am not a plant, my views on the use of bittorrent differ from yours, but in your tiny mind that makes me some sort of industry plant? Its called an opinion and I am as entitled to mine as you are to yours. By refusing to support the media industry in any way shape or form you are protesting. Of course that is too much for some of you becuase you cannot live without them. You are sad little people who cant go without your daily fix of axxo rips and scene releases. While that in itself is not an issue, those of you who can find nothing better to do than whine about your non existant right to rip people off only shows those of us (that at least have some morals) that there is no limit to the lowness a freetard will stoop to achieve their goal of destroying the media industry. You do not really care about changing it for the better, because better is not good enough for you. You will not be satisfied untill the only one who has rights is yourself and your ilk. If ever that day comes there will be no one left for you to rip off, then what will you do, when there in nothing left worth downloading? You are 100x more destuctive to the cause commited to the reform of copyright, because you have proven than no matter what, you will never be happy and you will always feel hard done by.
