hey jerod,

flex spot i have the choice of sydney rice, malcolm floyd, and tolbert. I know Tolbert is probably the best option, but its hard to sit the other two, ya know?

Hey Jerod,
Sorry to hear about the BFL team. Thanks for all your help thus far, Ive already clinched the 1st place seed for playoffs, but I'd like to go in with a win. Most of my questions seem pretty obvious to me, but i thought i'd ask anyway.

Roddy White, Steve Johnson, Malcolm Floyd, Better Mike Williams (Pick 2) - Im thikin Roddy and Stevie, but they scared me last week

AP (assuming he plays) , Tolbert, hillis, blount (pick 2) - AP and Hillis?

Browns or Skins?

One flex player - Im thinkin either Floyd or tolbert?

Vick over Rivers is a no brainer

For QB's I'd be between Kitna and Manning, but I'd personally go with Kitna. Manning is without Steve Smith again, and now with Hakeem out as well, their recieving core isnt looking too good. Also, Bradshaw got a decent amount of carries against the Eagles, even though the eagles were shutting down the run all night. I expect him to get carries this week as well. Kitna and the Cowboys however, have been heating up, and are desparate to get some respect. He's ready to roll, and i think that he is your best bet this week. It's more of a risk, but theres a higher payoff, and if your gonna win this week, its gonna take risks.

For RBs, AP should be obvious. With Childress out, the focus will move from the pass to the run. Also, hes facing the 'skins, and they havent been the best against the run this year. With Rice on the return, Washington will be forced to drop back to defend the pass, opening things up for AP. Besides, hes ADRIAN PETERSON. Remember the Fantasy Commandment : Thou shalt always start thy studs. As for the other, you gotta go with BGE, against the lions. Theyve given up the 3rd most points in the NFL to running backs (about 22 pts/game in your scoring system). The other two backs are facing the steelers and browns, who have given up the least, and 7th least to RBs, repectively.

The WRs are fairly easy. VJax is the way to go. Hes the #1 reveiver in SD no matter what. Indy hasnt been particularly great against the pass this year. And besides, the passes are coming from Phillip Rivers. Its a no brainer. The second guy to go with is Wallace. Theyre facing the Bills, who if those who have been living under a a rock, suck. Hes gonna light it up, probably for abt 20 points.

For TE's I'd find a way to get Pettigrew, because NE has been fairly generous to Tight Ends, and he is fairly reliable.

In the flex, take Goodson. Hes looked pretty good this year, and is really the only person in Carolina you can say that about. That means that he will pretty much be the entire offense in Carolina, especially with the Steve Smith situation. Not only will Goodson get carries, but he'll also get receptions outta the backfield. He's guaranteeed points, along with an upside.

Kickers, go with Carpenter or Bironas. I dont see the Phins gettin in the end zone an awful lot, but i do see quite a few field goals on the way. Bironas is also a good option if you were discouraged by Carpenter last week.

For D's I'd snag the Browns. Though they dont have the best schedule coming up, they have been pretty good this year, and should be able to have a huge game this week. I just dont see N.O. having a week that is even average.

Hope this helps!! Its the least I could do to return the favor!
