I live near Cherryvale and if you go to the intersection of Cherryvale and Reserve to the three way stop you can observe roughly 80% of the cars 'coasting' through the big red signs.

Look DC if you are going to troll Boulder with a cycling story on a Friday the 13th at least do it right. Get a picture of a pack of men with shaved legs and matching spandex (calling it spandex never gets old). It's not hard to do, these packs roam Boulder county raping, pillaging, breaking every traffic law on the books and generally annoying people who are busy trying to text and drive at the same time.
