have lived on oregon coast all my life and HWY 101 has never been a safe bicycle route. They should add 'use this route at your own risk'.

What I don't understand about the judicial system is the fact that the people convicted are allowed an appeal if they receive the death penalty but the victims who did die don't have the option of a second chance. Is this what we consider justice?
