I read in a previous story that his wife actually questioned him when he set the gun down in the car and that she though he had picked it up before he got out. It was never secured to her head and was only held in place for the picture. The girl in the cone even agreed that it was a great way for the teacher to get her point across (don't eat Frito's in class) and have some fun with the class at the same time.
