So if someone has some kind of criminal background they should automatically be treated as if they are doing sumthing wrong and if the officer feels that there "may or may not" have a gun they should be able to kill on spot?? No way! Whatever his criminal record or personal life, the officer had no right to murder him, he was sleep in the car with no gun and was SHOT IN THE HEAD!! How do you explain that. People who were there know what happened there were SEVERAL witnesses. Also the police gave the information that they Wanted you to know, but they left out things that were unclear.
