The average Indonesian moslem knows nothing about islam, the biggest percentage are KTP (id card) muslims. If you gain the trust of the older generation they will explain they only became muslim on the id card because of fear. Normal young indonesians are not into Islam either, Look at the national TV, a huge percentage non islamic programing, nicely dressed pretty girls and mothers with open long black hair are what sell products on the indon tv.
Their idea of a good life is to be rich with a car and a nice house, food always on the table like those on the tv sitcoms, not be like middle eastern muslims, and not blow people up!
