the singnal isnt referin to u lost didnt clearify on that but to alot of people in general
i know the feelin on the tailgaters, i cant stand them specially if ur really close and i can read ur plates clear. and yea i do reduce my speed limit or slower then ill pick my speed back up. soona s they are followin to close to me i just tap my brakes to where its just the lights comes on to make them back off. sometimes it works sometimes it dont. i know last time i had someone doin that while drivin on a construction road and its all gravel and the driver behind me was followin too close. and i drive a pickup. so i just simply punch my gas and spit the loose rocks out behind me and after i did that they kept a very good distance after that.
all of the school zones around where i live at have unmarked cars waitin to catch anyone goin over 20mph. good luck tryin to get away with that
umm dude go back and check the law on that again. Talkin, or TEXTing is illigal but its only a 2nd offence, only way to get a ticket from that ud have to committ a traffic violation

yea his windows are cracked. far as i can recall u can have the windows cracked as long its not obstucting ur view
yea my parents are the same way and they are deaf as well. its what most people should be doin is usin their eyes to look out on whats goin on in the surroundings at times
i know when ur first gettin on the interstate on-ramp u are to go 40mph till u pass the yellow line that turnes into the white line then ud be able to speed it up. most people will just hold it at the same speed and make others hittin their brakes
