Hi Catherine, I've made this cake in a 20cm and slightly larger (maybe 23cm) tin before.

Hi Sandra,I hope the cake worked out with a little extra baking time. I'm in Australia and we use Celsius but I'll amend the recipe to add temperature in °F as well.

I have made this recipe many times and never had a problem with the pastry not rolling out - sounds like it might have been still too cold? The filing will always puff up in the oven, sometimes breaking the bottom pastry shell but it will sink back to normal as it cools, and the bottom is hidden when the cake is inverted.

Thank you so much! These are a favourite and the recipe is really adaptable to whatever flavour you want to put in.

Hi Chloe, hope you still will give them a try. The booze is nice but they are still delicious without! :)

Hi Joanne, I ordered through Dan Murphy's. I couldn't find it in my local store but they have it available to order through the website. I have seen Whipped Cream flavoured vodka that might also work.

It's soooo yummy. And of course you can change up the fruits to whatever you like.

Hi Mike, I have a Canon 600D with a 30mm f/1.4 lens that I use for all my food shots. Hope that helps!
