I plan to only jailbreak my phone, as I have no need to unlock it. Does the fact it is using the 24Kpwn exploit mean that it will survive updates by Apple, or will I need to JB it each time? Doesnt really matter, but just wondered.

I know the 3GS jailbreak will be released when its ready but just wondering if it is being worked on over the weekend and if it is worth keeping an eye on this site, or just to check back on monday? LOL, I dont even know really why I want to jailbreak :)

Sorry, I am new to all this. I have a 3GS on O2 UK and I have no interest in using any other carrier. Does this mean I can just run the unlocking tool (when it is released) without the ultrasn0w to allow me to run other apps?
