I think you're missing the point. This losing streak is likely leading to some sort of push at least in terms of TV time. This is good for him.

Or it could be nothing. I'm not saying that isn't a possibility. But to immediately think they are burying him because of a losing streak angle shows you don't understand booking 101.

I've enjoyed him and the drifter gimmick. I thought it was pretty cool. Kind of like a young Johnny Cash/Man in Black gimmick. It just never caught on with the NXT crowd. Which is weird because the NXT crowd cheers everything. Except the current non-Asuka/Moon women's roster. Because it's awful right now.

I could see the WWE audience getting on the gimmick if they introduce him as a heel and build that natural baby reaction.

Or he'll be Tyler Breeze.

I thought the Naomi/Bliss match was horrendous. Bliss losing is upsetting, but I'll wait to see what happens with the title picture going forward. The match had too many "high" spots that frankly weren't even that "high" of spots, but they kept botching every one of them. I think that's a big problem in the women's division as a whole. Charlotte and Sasha do it too. They cram in all these high spots and botch most of them.

He just did Sam Roberts' podcast and joked about that. He's actually been working a lot. Dark matches and live events though.

This is becoming exhausting. My last comment was very similar (and I don't post a lot these days), so excuse my redundancy here, but Reigns is a good talent, a good guy, hard worker, etc. But That's where it ends. He's far from spectacular. He's a mid to upper card guy who should only be a transitional champion to get a babyface over. He's got a GREAT look, sub-par in-ring work, sub-par mic skills, zero charisma, etc.

This movement for, what the last FOUR YEARS to make him the face of the company? It isn't working. Move on. You got a plethora of talent that can take that spot.
