Why would Romney get any position? Are you assuming that he will have the largest percentage of the delegates? I have major doubts that will be the case. Even if Romney ends up with the higher percentage, that will not erase the fact that he is a two time looser. He already lost to McCain, a looser himself.

The foundation of socialism is the idea that government should own the sources of production and distribute its benefits “from each according to his ability, to each according to his need.” The land owned by the federal government is rich in resources, which should be the property of the states and the people who live there. The states and the people who live there should decide how the land and its resources are used.

Freedom isn't a gift it is a God given right. The difference between you and I is that I trust the American people to do what is right, I trust that the American people are God fearing trustworthy people. I trust that my neighbor isn't a thief, crack addict or in need of my approval or monitoring. The constitution will not work for anyone except a moral people. Again you take your argument to personal attack, I am a God fearing American and yet you think that you are morally superior, the far right and the far left are the rails of the same track. 1) You cannot legislate morality. 2) There are always consequences, choice means consequence, almost literally. 3) The constitution tells me that an army can be raised in time of war. 4) You keep repeating that RP will keep the welfare state intact, as if repeating it often enough will make it true. In Fact RP will shrink the federal government and then the states can legislate morality until they run out of ink. The states can be nanny or not--the way the constitution intended. The state have the power to do what you want done..NOT the federal government. You seem to have the same problem with the constitution as Justice Ginsburg, you think that it is old. obsolete and ill fit as a blueprint.
