Oh and part of the reason I am protective is because I did a lot on my own before mentors even existed. I did not feel comfortable asking...anything. I know it's all about being selfless, but you have to also be careful when it comes to business.

I sometimes feel like I am being forced to become some info warehouse (because others are doing it and being praised for it) and honestly, I am not passionate about going public with info that helps me support my family. It's a sharky world out there. That does not mean that I'm not willing to reach out to bloggers on a personal level and offer to collab though.

Crystal! I was just on your Flickr account yesterday and I wondered what you were up to. To be a teen blogger again... To think, I was bored with it because there was always someone bickering about who stole whose layout. And whose fronting, putting on aires. Now, it's just a whole different story.
