I disagree on this. Just as there are bad car drivers...there are bad bike drivers. I believe that bike riders should be license, take a driving test and carry insurance, etc. And obey all road laws! Has anyone given a thought about Disabled Parking for those that can not drive a bike or afford the cost of parking garages?????
