I heard this morning that pres obama is going to have private doctors care for the injured soldiers which will result in the soldiers paying a lot of the bill and they will have limits on how much they will be covered. So if it cost you $500,000 when you get shot or blown up and you have a ceiling cost on your insurance of $300,000 then the soldier pays $200,000. Dealing with this administration is like going out to eat. When you pay and the server says "I'll bring change", the server knows if they are smart they can keep the money you should be getting back.
