Place National Guard at the drug traffic entry permanently. (Build new permanent Bases at the border to train new National Guardsman's) 3. Deport all illegals who have been here less than one year. 4. All other illegals may stay but must register to get a green card....BUT Because they broke the law and have been here too many years, they will never become citizens of the United State.
