While I dont think WTF is trying to state his wife is a saint for breastfeeding, I do believe society, providers, hospitals, formula makers and the general culture today- make it very convenient and easy to offer formula. Upon discharge a woman who makes the decision to formula feed is given an abundance of "gifts"(formula, diaper bags, nipples, bottles, etc). A woman who decides to breastfed- is given nothing to help her thru a very uncomfortable transition (lanolin, hot compresses, breast pads)... If your able (and mind you- there are very creative ways to succeed)- breast is best.

He did petition for custody when they removed the 4 yr old from her mother and the state denied his request and continued her in foster care. That should tell you quite a bit as well. Daddy is not as lily white as he would like the media to believe he is. "

Did I say she's mom of the year? Not at all. Do I think he's dad of the year- that'd be a negative as well. They BOTH obviously think it's okay to leave their kid in the car... IF she even left him there. Coming out swinging at him based on the accusations of a proven liar? Um.. no... It's called an opinion-which we're all entitled to. My feeling is that he's not as innocent as he's portraying himself to be. My previous post states- "Do I think he had something to do with his son's disappearance -NO. Do I think he is the reason for his son's disappearance- YES". I'm hoping she hid the kid out of fear, rather than harm him. I'm not the only one doesnt buy it either. Something about him seems off.. which could very well be because his son is missing.. but still- it's an opinion.. call it what you will- wacky? Well then I guess it's wacky to have an opinion.

wwrjd- i get what your saying, but please keep in mind- emotional & mental abuse do not show "scarring" like physical abuse and therefore- there is no physical evidence. If you have been abused, beat down, threatened, depressed (mind you- anyone who has been mentally and emotionally abused- is not happy and WILL be depressed, therefore will have some sort of mental illness) and are filled with panic...You dont always come across as calm, collected and in a 'normal' state of mind. Abusers are manipulators and do come across as calm and collected. There has been scientific evidence of brain patterns/chemical imbalance of sociopaths, narcissist (sp) and manipulators.... just sayin.

I'm probably going to get TD's... but your right on it Sister456. Right on! I think he is trying to portray himself as an angel. I don't buy it. Do I think he had something to do with his son's disappearance -NO. Do I think he is the reason for his son's disappearance- YES. I too can recognize an abuser, manipulator and narcissist. If only I was able to recognize and identify the personality before I became involved with one... We all can have opinions and wonder what she did or why, but it's not our place to judge. If she was terrified this man would take her son from her, she may have resorted to hiding him as a way to keep him "safe". I pray she did not harm him and this precious boy is found.

I read it as the judge admonished the victims family for praying for a conviction within earshot of the jury room. If convicted the defense can request a mistrial; their argument being the jury was swayed by the emotions and overheard or was influenced. Oh the implications. Either way- I hope there is no mistrial granted.

Thank you for sharing... that poor baby. I'm so sickened by these ppl. They arent parents, they are monsters! Starve them both, switch them both, treat them exactly the same way they treated this poor little girl. I hope the rest of their children do not go back.

Sad excuse "mom"... Even "if" she refused to come inside- YOU are the parent, the adult, the who is was supposed to love this beautiful child unconditionally- who watches their child commit suicide??? No way lady! No way I can believe this slim little girl was able to fight off YOU, "DAD", and 8 other siblings if you tried to get her in the house???? "If" she was really out of control- why not call the authorities? What happened to contacting the authorities if someone is a "hurting" themselves? Thank God this little Angel no longer is in pain and your other children have been removed.

Sad reality here is their 7 yr old little girl is dead because they made the bad choice of harboring a wanted killer of a 17 year old boy, but the police officers are going to be blamed and not to mention the family is going to make tons of money by suing the police department and city.... for this family- crime will pay but at a high price. take the meaning of karma to a whole new level.
