I don't know if alcohol was involved, but that is usually the MO when the rescue trucks fly by. I am sorry for the family of the guy who was killed - it sounds like a senseless loss of life. Also, I don't believe the heat caused this accident. People make choices and sometimes the choices are not the best. Again, my sympathy to the family of the victim.
