Small town (big surprise). No travel. My own room. Tuffy Leelee (dog), Shadow Keeper (black cat), and Fred Birdie (duh). Everybody was friends in elementary school. Athletically challenged, loved books. Sunday school. Went willingly enough, I suppose. I still know my grandparents. My first crush was Timmy. We were 3. I was his first crush, too. We kissed for the first time in the front pew at church during Sunday school. It was where we met. I broke his heart when we started kindergarten-he went to the parochial school; I went to the public school. Met more worldly boys.
