<description>sparkyjohn commented that the force behind the fiasco is Vinci.  That is correct.  Vinci is a French company - the largest construction company in the world.  They are the ones cutting corners and ignoring the ecological mess being caused.  They run the site with a ruthless iron hand and woe be unto any dissenters.  The other two companies in the Joint Venture are also foreign owned (Germany) but they have to bow down to the wishes of Vinci.  As foreign companies they couldn&amp;#039;t care less about what they do to America or Americans.  They will go home when it&amp;#039;s all over.  We will be left with the lingering effects. </description>
