Excellent information Charlie. They are responsible. If we allow them to stay, we are responsible and will deserve the consequences. We must vote ALL of them out, demand TERM LIMITS from that point forward and bring in some new blood that hasn't been bought, isn't owned by a group of lobbyist, have a favor to repay, or worried about re-election. NO MORE INCUMBENTS. NO INCUMBENTS 2010!

It is not about punishing anyone. Where have these true representatives been hiding and what are they really accomplishing? I happen to think highly of one of my representatives Jeff Sessions. He happens to represent my views. Taking this stance would put him out the door, which saddens me, but for the greater good and to effectively bring about a sweeping change in Washington, we must take strong moral action. The voting booth presents such an opportunity. If we water down our message by trying to pick and choose the 'good ones' it will be impossible to organize that. Our current elected representatives have too much power and spend their time worrying about re-election. We need a clean slate. Most are so caught up in appeasing this one or that one, or repaying a favor here and there that it is all about them. Most importantly, tell me which of them will support TERM LIMITS? If there had been term limits, we would not have such deep corruption. It is not that I disagree with you. We just need a clean slate. I can think of no other way to get the desired results.

4. Contact your representatives...alot! Store their numbers on your SPEED DIAL. Call the Congressional Switchboard 1-866-340-9281. Call the Whitehouse Comment Line 202-456-1111. You have a voice. Use it! Be brief, to the point, without name calling. If you curse or yell they will dismiss you as an idiot. You will not be taken seriously and that pretty much defeats the purpose. Be nice. Be persistent. Know your facts. Don't just call...email them too! You can be sure that if all of a sudden representatives are hearing from their constituents regularly, they will take notice. ***I had to split my comments over several posts.

Know what you are talking about and share it. Print it, duplicate it, hand it out, buy a pocket version. Read it to your kids, your students. This is THE LAW OF OUR LAND. Use it to defend our cause.

2. Voting Power. We have it, but do not use it wisely. This is REAL power if we the people are smart. Let's make a decision that EVERY current politician must go! NO INCUMBENTS IN 2010, OR 2012 and so on until we clean the slate. We can REMOVE them from office quicker than you think. Once that is done, OUR new representatives will gladly do our bidding and vote for ...wait for it....TERM LIMITS. I am not sure everyone realizes how important this is. We have all heard about it, but you can bet the current status quo is NEVER going to allow term limits because they would be out of a job that has many, many perks. This does not need to be about Republicans or Democrats. We will elect new candidates that agree with the 9 Principles and 12 Values and will vote for TERM LIMITS.

1. Tea Parties are designed to educate, involve, and send a MESSAGE. Problem: We know about it. We think everyone else should already know about it, but they don't. Solution: We must tell them. Glenn Beck cannot do it alone. Pass out flyers, send emails, talk about it, not with anger, but with passion. Buy a box of 100 tea bags, attach an invitation to a Tea Party event that shows the 9 Principles/12 Values and hand them out at the grocery store, the Wal-Mart parking lot, church, you choose. You tell a 100 people, maybe they will tell a few and so on. Inform your local media, get the word out. Be responsible. Do not engage in hateful speech.

To be relevant we must have a plan, and work the plan. We CANNOT engage in petty attack behavior if we want to be taken seriously and ATTRACT people to our American cause. Forget about the crackpots and those who do not share our belief in the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. They waste our time and energy and if we engage in too much dialogue we lose our integrity. We KNOW what the problems are. Let’s FOCUS on the solutions. It is now or never folks! Our goverment is spending us into oblivion. They are ignoring The Constitution and making irreparable changes that they have no right to make, but once the harm is done it will be too late. Before we know it, we will no longer have a dollar bill, our laws will be decided by the U.N., and our people will be answering to a global entity. Everything that is great about America is at risk. Above all, we are One Nation Under GOD. If we turn our backs on biblical principles we will surely perish and we will deserve it! Make sure you attend the Tea Party near you April 15th. If you make your own signs, be dignified. Pray for our country.

kgeorge152, I am no expert on things of this nature, but I appreciate the way you are thinking and your easy-to-understand explanation. This is exactly the type of approach we need to take in addressing our many issues. This furthers the point that we need to remove ALL of the current representatives from office and elect representatives that are For The People, By The People, and...Of The People.

Our chant...NO INCUMBENTS 2010, vote them out. ALL of them! Democrats and Republicans. The Washington Machine. Let's face it, Democrats have liberal morals and a lack of respect for our laws. Republicans have let us down. Nothing will change until we remove them from office. Do people understand what an undertaking it would be to seize back control from the government? Why do you think that no other ' political party' has been able to grow into viability. These few politicians and lobbyist have been allowed to become to so powerful that overturning them will take a movement of great magnitude and fortitude. Do we have the ability to create a new 'AMERICAN PARTY'? NO MORE INCUMBENTS! As far as chants go, I also like: "OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE". Keep it simple, make it about our rights, not an attack.

It is a cause worthy of taking the day off. Fortunately, I am self-employed and have the luxury. If you cannot be there, call people, spread the word, make flyers, put a sign on your car, send emails with links to 912project.com, write your newspapers, start a petition, send tea bags to your representatives, put a sign in your yard, put your representative on speed-dial and call them frequently...just do something.

Perhaps our collective mantra should be 'NO INCUMBENTS IN 2010'. We should encourage new blood to run and not vote for ANY incumbent, even if they seem to be doing a good job. Too bad! That would send a message to Congress. We are sick of ALL of them. The Democrats who are sabotaging our laws and morals, and Republicans who sit idly by and do nothing of real value. Talk is cheap. We The People must take action or we will have all of our Constitutional rights taken from us. Our currect 'representatives' will NEVER accept term limits. We need term limits immediately and the only way to make this happen is to throw them out and start new. Our Founding Fathers were wise men who rightly determined that our representatives should not be full-time politicians because the result is what we have today. Do not underestimate the power that these people have DEVELOPED and what lengths they will go to retain that power. The only solution is to remove them with our votes. Again, "NO INCUMBENTS IN 2010". Now THAT...is CHANGE I can BELIEVE in!
