The Fans have been sick of the dome since 1983. It was the city of MPLS that UTILIZED INSURANCE DOLLARS THAT THEY PAID FOR.

There is nothing to suggest that Twins fans are bored with the ball park either. You really think that in the height of a economical disaster that only losing 1.5 million in tax revenue is because people are bored instead of maybe they just don't have as much money to spend?

It is funny how you say things like "we should just ignore the kids temper tantrums". You used the word "we" which means you actually believe that you and your 3 friends on KSTP are somehow the majority opinion over 70+% of the country that just so happen to be football fans.

I am sorry that you never got to be the opportunity to be anyone. While myself and many other fathers are enjoying time with their families in our nice new stadium, you can just look around your trailer home and thank all of the nice professional atheletes and adult 7 year olds for the tax money that paid for it all.
