My son does have a disability as they would call it and that is not an excuse for poor behavior in school. Granted he is 11 but from the time he was an infant I instilled the wrath of mom should he mess up. NO I didn't have to beat him, splap, or choke him. I see far to often mostly young unwed mothers raising children well having them not really raising them. He baby daddy leaves and she is to busy chasing the next one to give a hoot about the children she has. This is a sad situation for all involved. And since alot of the farmers during harvest season run there equipment through the night no one would blink twice when they heard the equipment since when the farmers harvest it has to be done prior to rain fall otherwise the lose all the grass that has been cut. also there has been alot of complaints from all the neighbors since our land lines for telephones are not working properly we hear the radio station through them and we have been fighting them not to put up more towers in the area it just makes it look tacky not to mention long term damage from the waves for people who have lived their there whole lives i would not be suprised if they did this sabatoge themselves in order to get out of the loss of money if they had to take them down since we have been fighting them this was very unfoutunate and if it was a vandle i hope they are caught this was not the correct way to go about things.
