Breitbart.com : Charges dropped against black Harvard scholar

Let us say police respond to a report of 2 black men forcing open a door in a high income neighborhood 100 times. Of that 100 times, how many times is it a burglary or a break -in?

Breitbart.com : Sotomayor denies bias in \'wise Latina\' remark

Ok here is the deal. Been said here already but she should shut the hell up with the 'wise Latina' commentary. It is offensive and racist. If I wanted folks to listen to me at work and said 'listen to the wise white man' I would be sent home. We are stuck with this idiot no matter what, short of finding bodies in her backyard yard, however maybe we can shame her into dispensing with the racist crap.

Too bad we in the USA have become too politically correct and, let us say it, cowards in defense of womans rights. Too easy for the pansies in Congress to pass it off as freedom of religion to avoid having to stand up on a tough issue.....Maybe it will give Congress more time to honor the 100 year anniversary of the making of the Hershey Kiss or something.....

Breitbart.com : Specter\'s defection to Democrats roils Republicans

And Yehaa is dead correct. The right and Republican party will continue to flounder as long as they pander towards the center and demonstrate concern over who the New York Times deem electable for the party, ie McCain. A large majority of Americans are conservative and respond strongly to conservative candidates who do not waffle (See Reagan). The Republican party continues to be their own worst enemy by nominating morons such as Bush Jr. and ignoring other intelligent candidates with true conservative values.....

Breitbart.com : Specter\'s defection to Democrats roils Republicans

Nothing negative here....I am an independent and moderate however this country needs for leaders and citizens alike to draw their lines in the sand. Specter has been nothing but a liberal and a Republican in name only for years. When this country gets 4 years of the current congress and President, for better or worse, and the differences are clearly defined, everyone can make the real choice, which are the 2010 and 2012 elections. If America rejects Obama and ultra liberal politics, a conservative president and congress can neutralize what he accomplished in 3 months, almost as if he never existed. If we choose another cycle or two, then real history will be made. My guess is that they will be flushed, similiar to Carter. I do fear and believe however that many American are fed up, and might be considering a more Jeffersonian solution to some of its perceived problems with their elected leaders. I see the potential for violence in the streets against both parties and the petty thiefs we call our business leaders....

Breitbart.com : Mo. town outraged over killings, illegal immigrant

This is to everyone in this thread who continually refers to the illegal aliens in this country. How many of your ancestors came to this country ILLEGALLY. All of them! Not one of you on this thread has family that came here legally. Theyjust showed up on a boat, started working, killing people, killing each other etc. You don't have a problem with illegal aliens. You have a problem with Mexicans. Separate your racist points of view from the real conversation. You're on the wrong side. Your grandparents, and great-grandparents would probably hate you for your intollerance. I am not defending the actions of this man. He's guilty and he'll get what he deserves. Justanothrguy....... Learn something about history and this country before you post completely idiotic, uninformed "information" like that above. Immigrants entering this country during the 1800's and early 1900 were not breaking the law. The US, for the most part, had an open door policy. Three pieces of legislation passed during a 40 year period made what is taking place today at our borders a crime. Do a little homework you bigot.

The death of American citizens at the hands of illegal immigrant criminals are acceptable collateral damage for Pelosi and her ilk in their quest for an enhanced democratic voter base. I am apolitical however I am heartbroken by what I see as the number one factor in the destruction of this country, illegal immigrants.

Breitbart.com : Trump venture folds, leaving buyers strapped

Dalton Priddy gets it. True capitalism has died. There are no more rea free markets. The real American dream is virtually unobtainable for the little guy short of blind luck or nefarious action. The entire system has simply become a mechanism for the elite to further line their pockets via bonuses, stock options and high end loan default. I am a conservative, however the system has betrayed American workers via conspiracy between big business and their bought and paid for govenrment. Trump is a bankruptcy machine. He bilks millions from investors and then declares insolvency every down down real estate cycle, thereby funding and protecting his interests. Not sure at ths point there is much to do as society that is not Jeffersonian radical by nature.

Breitbart.com : Chavez says Obama same as Bush on drug war

Said here already. Legalize it, tax it. States, localities and Feds will spend 50 billion this year trying to enforce this lost battle. The office of National Drug Control estimates that Americans will spend 64 billion on illegal drugs this year. Tax that expenditure at 50%. 32 billion tax plus 50 billion not spent on enforcement spells a college education for every child in America, universal health care or a massive tax break.
