I have had many online conversations with his supporters and they are truly zealots. Dare I say, worse than Obamaites. They rabidly defended him when I politely posted that Paul calling Bachman and Santorum Muslim and Gay haters was in bad taste and kind of a cheap shot as he did in on a talk show where they could not respond. This resulted in 40 or so insanely reasoned post on how RP was correct in his comments on Leno and that Bachman was in fact a hater of all Muslims. Then one of the supporters private messaged me and I swear, it was like talking to a missionary. Phrases like, what would it take for you to come on board, I feel you could be there soon. Is that where you'd want to be, if you had all your questions about Dr. Paul answered, one at a time?, etc... It was creepy.
