Our visa and imigration policies are not working for you and me... we need to change that... I don't advocate legalizing victimless crimes such as drug use and killing one to many deer but we don't need to imprison these folks at a cost of 30 plus thousand dollars per year, lets find an alternative like community service that does twice as much good. At least we will get something in return. I am tired of white collar crime that destroys many lives with impuenity... lets put some detering penalties on these crimes... The left has put all of our energy eggs in a pie in the sky basket. we need diversification until the next technology can not only come along but force out fossil fuels... I live in Maine and there are way to many people that are brilliantly inventive but lack parralell skills. There is no doubt in my mind that this country is full of people that will seek higher education at some time in there lives if it is free to them... even if it is not the best, one that has a burning desire to learn something will find his or her way... this is truley the American way...
term limits is just a good idea that will work... bringing our lawmakers home will force them to be accountable, especially if we can vote them out in the middle of their term with a special election... A hybrid tax will offer us a daul origin tax revenue that will give us time to discover what amount of income is needed and from where... Securing our border is just a No-Brainer.. Ditto for getting rid of the scum that fills our courts and prison systems... I beleive that most people in America will not have the heart to just throw all illeagals in a bucket and deport them. We should stop the money made here being sent south and I believe that if people have to support a home here they will be less able to just suck off of the American people...

You know I like the "Don't Tread On Me" flag... I really like the yellow flag with the cannon on it that say's "Come And Get It"... but at the end of the day the stars and stripes is our flag... Remember... I pledge alliegence to this flag... One Nation... Under God... INDEVISABLE... So Help Me God... if we ever needed his help as a nation it is Now...
After our NEW congressmen and senators have termed out and proven themselves to, we the people, we can vote them into a panel that will begin to research and suggest changes or abolishment of useless or unwanted laws. We can limit this gig to 4 years per term and 2 term limit... In 20 years we should have an America that our children can be proud of...
So here we are folks... standing knee deep in a swamp that is about to drown us all... its time we think like our founding fathers did when they were as unhappy with what they were facing as we are today with what we are facing... let us dream and write the rules for our New Nation, Under God, With Liberty, and Justice for ALL...
In my selfish opinion we must strive to shrink government... we must remove the barriors that have been placed on free growth since Linclons time... we should strive to become free again. Life. liberty, and the persuit of happiness. We need to use common sence when making laws that restrict such endevors and always apply the founding fathers pricipals of "not only the letter of the law but equally the intent of the law... so lets give ALL of todays polititions the old heave-hoe... revoke all of the cushy entitlements of these crooks and replace them with a severance package. We should allow all of the special interest lobiest groups to stay in Washington and bring all of our polititions home. In todays age our polititions can vote from home... its high time that our polititions were held accountable... for this there is no place like home... Washington is nothing but a swamp of corruption and I for one am sick and tired of our representatives representing whatever they believe that they can get away with...
As for now we have a very serious delema... if the people in power put us into a debt hole that we can not get out of , the growing pains that we will face, will put us on par with East Africa, as far as per capita income... and more importantly our most precious commodity, our American spirit, our young brains that are born here along with the brains who come here to live out the "American Dream", and the American dream itsself, will be history for the majority of Americans... we will all be forced to depend on the U.S. Government for our meager survival... this is the ultimate dream for the left... we need to fight now, and fight hard, and win because the alternative is the opposite of the real American Way...
In doing so we will shift traditional manufacturing out of this country which means job displacement... we are in an era where the baby boomers will be through this economy in less than 20 years... so we have a target... a 20 year window in which to develope a plan that will prepare America to position herself to once again be the envy of the world mainly due to our high standard of living...
