i totally understand what you are saying but you still would have those questions if you did not know the whole story, plus this story goes much deeper than what the police and news are saying. its not my place to tell you more than what the news is telling, and like i said his family is not necessarily blaming the cop they just don't understand and have alot of questions for him

you have to understand that they don't even know for sure if he was drinking or on drugs the police don't even know, it was just a routine DUI stop, that means the police officer suspected him of drinking and driving in the news no where does it say he was drunk. friends that were with him say he was not drinking. we are waiting the autopsy to say other wise.

just because some one has a rap sheet does mean they are born killer, he was convicted of a drug felon and assault you cant tell me you don't know someone who does drugs or gets into fights.

why is every one doing nothing but bashing this man, his family is not bashing the cop they are just confused and have a lot of questions there are only 2 sides to the story and one is in a man who is dead the other is from the cop.

you people that have bad things to say about Matt have no idea what you are talking about, he was a wonderful father, friend, older brother, and son, those who loved him just lost him and all you can say "its good hes off our streets now". his family have gone through enough and then have to hear from everyone saying how horrible he was you are the horrible heartless people

i know the family and still I am confused on the whole situation. the news them selves have reported several different incidences.

like one story never mentioned anything about a gun, just that there was a struggle.

another was that there was a gun on the seat. another said that there was a gun under the seat

another said on the scene.

another said he used his gun

what i would like to hear is THE FULL on story as to what exactly happened what was said by Matt and the police officer did not use his taze gun instead, as soon as he saw him lunge, WHY?. there is a much bigger picture that you need to think about instead of talking crap

But just because he was a felon SAPOSABLY with a gun everyone feels that he deserved what was coming to him?
no one deserves that fate.

unless they put that fate onto someone else.

you cant tell me that if this was your child, friend, brother, significant other, father, nephew, or cousin you would not have the same questions.
