KY3 : Missouri House passes additional requirements for reporting abortions | KY3 News, Weather, Sports -

The issue is if she is under 18 years old she isn't a "woman" legally, she is a minor. A minor can't even get a flu shot without a parent's permission, so how can we accept allowing a minor to make a decision (that could be due to pressure) that could affect her the rest of her life? If you look at it as a big picture of why parent's permission is required on almost every aspect it just makes sence. Just because a 15 year old wants and can afford a tatoo of his girlfriend across his back don't mean he should be allowed to get it. They don't understand all the issues of a choice and what it could mean later on.

When we bought our home it showed where are the sink holes were in the subdivision on the survey map. If she wasn't informed where they were located she should talk to whoever was in charge of surveying the land.

Gee, I thought by admitting you beat the child, then didn't call for help because you didn't want to get in trouble meant you was guilty. But I'm sure they forced him to say that and he has no idea how she actually died.

KY3 : Passengers flying out of Springfield, MO describe added security since attempted bombing | KY3 News,

I agree that the majority of these attacks will always be young males, and they should receive the highest level of searches. But there have been a very, very, very small number of women who acted as a suicide bomber in the Middle East. And with there regard for women and children I would not be surprised if a male used a women or child to help get the material onto the plane, so he could create the bomb on board. But I also agree that stopping Grandma for an extended search is over the top.

The only problem with that solution is that they will do what the drug dealers now do...use mules. They will use women and children to transport the materials knowing they wont be searched as well as the young male. And even if the mules are caught they will receive a lighter sentence than the young male. And no I don't have the answer, just stating a fact.

I suggest anyone who thinks govt ran health care is so wonderful to check out VA hospitals. I have family who gets their health care through them and it is like pulling teeth trying to get the tests and treatment they need. And heaven forbid if you have an emergency and must go to a public hospital.

This road has needed to be widened for some time. Traffic is backed up, and many times people will pass on the sholder when you are trying to turn onto a side road rather than waiting for you to find a big enough break to turn.

KY3 : Washington won\'t take more parolees from Arkansas | KY3 News, Weather, Sports - Springfield, MO| Lo

From what I understood from the reports most of his crime spree was in Washington, not Arkansas and Washington is the one who kept letting him out. Really, he is charged with child rape and assaulting a police officer and they let him out? They are looking for someone to take the blame for this horrible crime, and so they are trying to put all the blame on Arkansas when they are just as responsible. Yes this should be a wake-up call, but it should also make Washington look at their own mistakes as well.

First of all, my Dad and husband were police officers, and I am glad the dirt bag is dead, and my heart is broken for the family members of these officers. Huckabee only changed the sentence of an unarmed robbery committed by a 16 year from 108 years to 47 years, which the guy served 11 years for. We have violent cases right now that don’t receive that long of a sentence. The guy then had to go through the whole parole system where the original judge, the district attorney, news media, and the public was notified and had the opportunity to protest his release. But nobody did. Since he was on parole when he was arrested in Washington they should never had let him out on bail, but given a ticket back to Arkansas, but they didn’t.

And since he was 17 at the time any crimes he committed before that would have been locked away because he was a minor, and cant be held against him. It just shows there is a loop-hole and people who commit crimes know it. Huckabee would not have been able to look at his record as a minor.

KY3 : Many facts are still secret about murder of girl near Jefferson City | KY3 News, Weather, Sports - S

They have no place to put her?! Are you serious?! She's 15, only two years shy of automaticly going to the "adult" jail, and they are worried she can't make it? This girl planned this out and waited for the right moment to strike. She must not be too weak to dig a grave well enough that the police would have never found it, and strong enough to overwhelm this little girl and keep her from screaming or getting away. Give me a break, why in the world are they trying to play the "poor me" card on someone who could do such a horrible crime!
