Sounds like you should have doctored your time card like most census employees did. The Government could have saved money by sending each home a $10 gift card that they could have activated after they dialed in and left their info on a machine. Not to mention the amount of money saved on frivolous paper, mileage, etc.

I am more thankful than ever that our school has a policy to start calling the homes of the students who aren't at school at 9 am. If we don't let them know our student won't be there we get a call. Imagine how much of a difference 6 hours would have made in looking for this little guy. Hope they find him safe and soon.

I believe it is Oklahoma. I remember a story about a man dropping off 9 of his children ages 3 to 17 or something like that. There are many people out there who are willing to "handle" more than their share. It is too bad it had to take the death of one for the other to be safe.
