it seems to me that if this was a" problem that has been going on for some time", what health inspector would have given this savemart a 96 on sept 15 of 2008.having been thru 20 to 30 inspection in my life,this problem had to exsist during the sept 15 2008 inspection, was this done by the same inspector.if these two inspections,(sept 08 and march 09)weren't done by the same inspector then perhaps the assesment skills lend alot to the inspectors interpretation.on more than one recent occasion i have observed in other establishments,mold on fountain drink depensers and mouse droppings in the over flow catch of a fountain drink machine.i've read the the past and current inspection reports on many establishments locally, and i find it hard to believe that savemart is the only one that isn't in compliance.
