The fish thing went over my head too, but I wouldn't call myself a native speaker, I am more of a mumbler. Men cruder than I have used the term Tuna, but not fish in general. However, that's from a generation or two before mine. Personally, if I am going to be demeaning and inappropriate I like the term 'tail' for women.

The drug song is wonderful. I made a commercial for a fictional drug in college. It was 15 seconds of education and 1 minute of disclaimers. I thought I was really clever. I probably was. I also have a really old school desktop wallpaper I designed that is just a bunch of side effects. I hated all the pharmaceutical solutions back in the day, but now I take a drug that makes me forget to hate them. Now I just need a drug that stops me from sharing useless information in blog posts and comments.

Who is this awful person that thinks there is such a thing as too much cleavage? Blasphemy! S/he probably thinks there is such a thing as too much chocolate or too much cheese! Also, the media loves to talk about how we have an obesity problem so this ad is probably more relevant than any Victoria Secrets ad. It wouldn't be me if I didn't cross the line, so I am going to suggest that Lane Bryant stop competing for equality and embrace that they are different by offering a free bucket of chicken with every purchase over $30.
