TV signal is still free. It has never been clear ALL the time and now if it isn't clear it isn't going to show at all. Better antennae leads to a better signal though.

The woman filed paperwork to buy the house. Even if that paperwork is not legit she has it on record for the time being. Now someone has to prove she is not the legal owner... disprove her papers.
