If he doesn't consider sanctions and blockades acts of war, what would he consider acts of war? If your intentions are noble and uplifting, it's not an act of war, right? I respectfully suggest he change out of his Beltway lawyer togs, put on his battle fatigues, and personally go over and participate in these acts of non-war.
