Less travel to work, temperature controlled apartments, etc. This will be the plan of the future. Middle America would be demolished except for a few cities which would be condensed into high rise living quarters. High speed rail would be the only way to get from one city to another. This is our future America... once we all lose our homes thru unemployment, high interest rates, and bankruptcy. Socialism at it's best!!!
