It means we always have something delicious that we have yet to tire of after a year of pandemic cooking when dinner time rolls around. I try to keep three batches of stuff in rotation, so heating leftovers isn't too hard, but they can be a bear to find the enegy to make in the first place and, sometimes, leftovers can be complicated, too. A bowl of soup is a no-brainer. Second best no-thinking dinner is a cheese omelet.
