Sammy, you sound like an angry, overweight person. Running in publict is not a "see me" thing. I would never jog in a SB or Mishawaka park- especially after dark. Running on a track gets extremely boring. To get in a good run, you would have to circle a track more than 12 times. Try getting off the couch and walking around the block few times. I won't call you a show off- I promise.

Thanks for clearing up my confusion. I guess I am still quite bitter about the money I owed at the end of the year to beautiful St. Joseph County after the LOIT hike, despite the fact that the city I lived in voted against it.
Too bad the Mother did not care this much prior to the child being taken away. This would not have happened. However, it certainly does not excuse the foster parent for killing this young child.

I would much rather donate to ND's afterschool programs and cancer research than a random community program in South Bend. It is crazy that SB does not realize all of the things that ND does. Many of the random SB community programs squander the money and it never actually goes to the people for which it was intended.
The article states that the suspect was driving West and the officer was driving East. The officer had to swerve to the left to avoid hitting the suspect. What part of that doesn't suggest the officer playing chicken with the suspect?
The Mayor does not exactly look like an avid bicyclist. Anyhow, I am sure he will find a way for the taxpayers to replace the bikes.
