I haven't been this angry since my city cut down our garbage collection to once a week, without discussing it with the people! (Thought about loading my extra garbage in the trunk of my car and dumping it on the lawn at City Hall, but I'm not itching to go to jail). To see the very people who planted "rabblerousers" at the tea parties calling the honest, hard working American's questioning this bill "paid" plants infuriates me! After watching Glenn today, I did have blood shooting out of my eyes. It only takes one voice, one vote, to change the way things are. Obama's "change we can believe in" is a change to Socialism. I can't believe in Socialism. Let's keep fighting!!!!
I think that's good idea, but I would be afraid that it would put me on the White House Watch List, and next thing you know, thugs show up at my door to break my legs. Think I'm silly to be afraid?

I, too, want to go, but my husband said we can't afford it. I would drive up by myself if I could. I have stayed in DC many, many times and I know the hotels around the mall are very expensive. I don't have any family that lives near there, either, so I will be there in spirit. I will shed many tears because I can't be there. My grandchildren's lives depend on it.

I'm so sorry, Doug. 42 is very young. Unfortunately, what Obama doesn't realize (and he's one of them), thepopulation as a whole is getting older, although not if he has anything to say about it. This is the man who said his 85 year old grandmother with cancer fell and broke her hip and they shouldn't have paid to fix it. He's definitely not compassionate. There is no good choice. I have several pre-existing conditions myself, and my insurance "ain't worth a dime." But do I want Universal Health Care? No! I'm also a nurse and I worked double shifts, weekends, holidays, etc., because we had more patients than we had doctors and nurses to care for them...and that's NOW. Add 45,000,000 to the health care roles, and it won't be a matter of pre-existing conditions, but a matter of too many patients, and not enough hospitals, doctors, or medications.
MJ's heart rate! That's a riot! I find all of this incredibly un-funny. First off, I'm in the middle class, like most of you, and I'm already taxed to death. However, Obama and his Hollywood friends, Oprah, Sean Penn, Susan Sarandon, Tim Robbins, etc., etc., won't pay one extra dime. While the bleeding hearts are out there bleeding, why don't they offer up some of their millions to fund Obama's healthcare reform? Because people, they all live in a world that you and I are not privy to, and if Obama has his way, we never will!
