Now, maybe I'm just a little impatient, but I'd like to know where is the supreme court on all the 1,000 and 2,000 page debacles of unconstitutional legislation passed in the past 2 years? I give Nelson credit.......I'm sure he's getting a tongue lashing from both sides and still, at least for now, is standing strong. I wish he would leave the democrat party.....after all he has been rated to the right of Collins, Snowe, and Specter to name a few. I'm afraid he will eventually cave, but I have let him know plenty of times that his senate career is on the line with this vote. And if he does vote yes, I will have the pleasure of voting him out in 2012.
