I love to let my Chocolate Lab off his leash on the beach, however, I only do this when we (our family) are the only ones on the beach. As soon as others show up, he is back on the leash. And we always carry bags in our pockets and do what responsible pet owners are supposed to do with the waste.

forcing your KIDS on other people is rude, inconsiderate, and typical of PARENTS. I don't go to the beach to see or deall with your enslaved KIDS. Furthermore KIDS chase and harass the wildlife I do come to see. The little wildlife left has a hard enought time surviving without being tortured or killed by your KIDS.
